Disclosure Policy
In compliance with the FTC new guidelines for disclosure of paid endorsements on blogs, it is time for me to write up a neat little policy for this blog.
We can keep this simple:
This is a personal blog. I, Tina Kubala, maintain sole authorship and administrative control. Guest posts will be clearly noted on a per post basis and are approved by me.
I have in the past, and will in the future, accept payment and product samples in exchange for posts with links and reviews.
Never will I give a false opinion in a review, nor would I misrepresent my experience with a product or service.
Going forward, all sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such. Posts prior to today's date of December 2, 2009 may not have in post disclosure. Paid links in non-review content will not be disclosed within post as it is not an endorsement.
I am a member of Amazon's affiliate program and will link when appropriate.
